Meet Attorney Yesenia
A Passion for Helping People Build Better Futures
Attorney Yesenia grew up in California’s Central Valley alongside her six siblings, raised by hardworking immigrant parents who taught her the value of integrity, perseverance, and service to others.
She later moved to San Diego to pursue her education, earning degrees in Psychology and International Migration Studies before beginning her legal career. During law school, she helped establish a community legal clinic that expanded access to legal services in underserved communities, an experience that reinforced her passion for advocacy and education.
Over the years, she gained experience across several areas of law, including immigration, criminal defense, family law, civil matters, and employment claims, while remaining deeply involved in community outreach and volunteer work.
But immigration law always felt like home.

After several years managing complex cases at a large firm, Yesenia decided that what worked best for her was a smaller, dedicated practice where she could connect deeply with her local community and provide tailored support.
