We had the honor of participating in the L.A.U.R.A. Peace Walk in Los Angeles. This organization brings together different community groups to bring attention to violence against our youth. Mundo Legal also provided free resources and Attorney Acosta spoke with many community members about their concerns. At one point in the program, mothers from all backgrounds filled the stage and spoke about their heartache and struggles to gain justice after having lost their children to violence.
Attorney Acosta commented, "It was a very moving and unforgettable event and the L.A.U.R.A. team will always have our support to continue their programs to help people seeking justice for their children."
